A more industrious person has yet to be born. Dixie was my high school buddy and fellow truck driver on her parents farm. She was also my 'Mean Ol' Landlady' at the same farm. Her excitement and enthusiasm was infectious, her work ethic stellar. Her sense of humor was derived from her father, Lester, who was a tough act to follow himself. God Bless You, Pix, God Bless your family and all you called friend.

I met Dixie when I got my bike. She worked a local bike shop back then caled "Dixie's Cycle". At first I thought she was joshin me when she told me her name was Dixie. I thought it was her shop. She was pretty much the one who ran it. Anyway, Dixie from Dixie,Wa. who worked at Dixies Cycle. Took me a bit before I believed her name was really Dixie. Oh how she got such a kick out of that. When I would come into the bike shop, she would say.."look whos here, Ms. Gullable, from there we became very good friends. Even though I didn't get to see her as often as I wanted. She was such a blessing. Always with a smile on. Always hug that would keep me till the next time. I love her & will miss her so badly. Hugs & Kisses Dixie, Be seein ya!

We will always remember Dixie's straight-forward approach to life and her wonderful sense of humor. She made us laugh whenever we were around her. God bless you! Our sincerest condolences to all of her family and friends.

Dixie used to deliver flowers to our office! They were always unique and creative and she was such a delightful person and took pride in her work! It was a beautifully written obituary and gave me joy to read all the things she had done throughout her life! Blessings to the family as you grieve a wonderful lady.....and hopefully the pain in your loss will soften with time!
