I have so many great memories of our visits to see our family in Virginia and North Carolina. Aunt Dixie always welcomed us with open arms and took great care of us. She took us on great site seeing trips in Virginia and Washington, DC. and took us to North Carolina and showed us her family homes, and all kinds of places that connected us to our family history.. She was always cheerful, kind and interested in us... and always ready for an adventure. I will never forget her. Leslie Safford Schneekluth

Betty I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. I remember many days at your home, both on Cox Rd and at Lake Louisa when I visited you and your family. Many years ago. She is now with your dad. Will keep you in my prayers.

what a fun time i had coming to Mrs. Nuckols house on the weekend i use to help her clean and she taught me to not ride the breaks when i drove her car down the drive to get the mail.after lex told on me Lyn and I had good times together!
