Dolores Holguin Obituary
Dolores “Lolly” Colmenero Holguin peacefully went to join our Lord on October 7, 2024, at the age of 85. A proud lifelong Tucsonan, Lolly devoted her life to caring for her family. Born on March 2, 1939, she was preceded in death by her cherished daughter, Christy Gutierrez, and siblings Carmen, Frances, Mary, Jimmy, & Eusebio “Junior.” Beloved Nana, sister, Tia, godmother, and suegra, Lolly’s legacy continues through the lives of her treasured grandchildren, Maricela (Marco) and Rick (Jennifer); precious great-grandson, Dominic, and extended great-grandchildren, Taylor and Adriana & Cristian; loving sister, Irene; numerous nieces and nephews, including her special niece and great-nephew, Lori and Mario; goddaughter Carmelina; & son-in-law Raul. Nana/Tia Lolly will live forever in our hearts as she dances in Heaven with her daughter and siblings.Visitation to be held at Martinez Funeral Chapel 2580 S. 6th Ave Tucson, AZ 85713 on Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with interment to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery, 3555 N Oracle Road, Tucson, AZ 85705. Reception at Fraternal Order of Eagles #180, 1530 N Stone Ave, Tucson, AZ 85705, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
