Dolores "Dodie" Sullivan

Dolores "Dodie" Sullivan, 96, gently entered eternal rest on December 4, 2025. Devoted wife of the late William for 55 cherished years, she now rejoins him in peace. She is remembered with affection by her sister-in-law, Patricia Harms, and held close in the hearts of her many nieces and nephews, whom she loved as deeply as if they were her own. Dodie is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, whose memories she carried lovingly throughout her long life.

Her career spanned 41 dedicated years with the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, where she rose to the role of operations manager and earned the admiration of colleagues through her steadfast work ethic and warm spirit. Outside of her professional life, Dodie found joy in a wide array of pastimes-bowling, bingo, card games, shopping, and dancing in her younger years. She treasured time spent with her nieces and nephews, building bonds that endured across generations.

Dodie and William shared a love for travel, with special trips to Hawaii and Las Vegas creating cherished memories. She was happiest by the shoreline, basking under the sun and savoring the simple peace of the beach.

Family and friends are invited to gather in her honor on Tuesday, December 9th from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., and again on Wednesday at 10 a.m., until the Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m., at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 13650 Fifteen Mile Road in Sterling Heights. She will be laid to rest at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy.

Her gentle heart, warm smile, and unwavering love will be missed by all who were blessed to know her.
