Dominic Louie Jesse Hanson of Moore, Oklahoma, passed away from this life far too soon on October 25, 2021, at the age of 51. Dominic was born in Muskegon, Michigan to George Robert Hanson and Cecelia Hanson (Stiefel) on June 29, 1970. Dominic made a wonderful career for himself as a professional truck driver, and he loved every minute of it.
Dominic was a talented craftsman who enjoyed drawing and woodworking. He loved being outdoors, and Dominic enjoyed any opportunity to go fishing. He was an animal lover, and he adored his dogs, having had several different dogs throughout his life. He loved to laugh that contagious laugh of his, and he enjoyed quieter moments with his family - he loved to watch movies and just spend time with them. Dominic impacted the lives of many, and he will be forever missed by all those who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Hanson.
Dominic is survived by his loving wife, Sarah Hanson; his children, Gabrielle Hanson, Alexis Rowe and husband Tyler, Preston Hanson and fiancée Kaycee, and Hope Balthazar and fiancé Kent; his siblings, brother Eric Hanson and wife Jeanette, and sister Desiree Hanson; his mother, Cecelia Hanson; his former wife, Jerri Wheeler; as well as his in-laws, Jerry and Jan Phillips.
Services for Dominic will begin at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at the John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home & Chapel, located at 120 South Broadway Avenue in Moore, Oklahoma.
