Donald Nelson Dennison (Double D, or DND Dynamite), born June 4th, 1954, went to heaven to walk with Jesus on June 21, 2025.
A humble and caring man, he was very witty with the best sense of humor and would do anything for anyone. His greatest pride was his family, whom he loved being with. Don loved old country music, golfing with his forever golf partner Vicki, working with Troy Kinser at Kinser Concrete, going out to eat (especially if there were oysters), old cars and car shows, visiting with friends at the Moose lodge, watching Ohio State football, working in his yard as he was a very proud lawn guy (you know the type), reading anything and everything, and was an avid Buckeye, Blue Jackets, Crew and Browns fan.
He was preceded in death by his beautiful daughter Nicole, his brother Ronald Dennison, his parents, Bonnie and Chuck Dennison, his in-laws Marge and Jerry Pentz and his brothers-in-law Skip Pentz and Tom Peters. Also preceded by his childhood friend John Paul.He is survived by his beloved and devoted wife, Victoria (Vicki) of 49 years, and loving family, cherished son, Patrick Dennison (Melleah), grandchildren, Colton and Ashton Marcum, Emma and Maddie Dennison. Great Grandchildren Ledgend, Kyngston, Kali Nicole, and Arlo Marcum, Sister JoAnn Balzer many close nieces and nephews. Brother and sister-in-law Jerry Pentz, Tim Peters, and Kathleen (Kitten) Hammond . In addition to his family, he is survived by his childhood friends Chris Ruh, Joe Kinser, James Grove, and Mark Root.He will be deeply missed by his family, The community of Obetz and all who knew and loved him.
Funeral Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home, Grove City on Sunday June 29, where the visiting hours will be 4p-5:30p. The funeral will be held at 5:30p, followed by a celebration of life at the Moose Lodge Groveport where Don was the local celebrity.
