I am heartbroken. I only learned of this now, in mid August or I would have certainly been present. Don and I were brothers and partners in our band SDI and The Nine and were basically inseparable for 30 years of our lives. We had a falling out of sorts some years ago, but we agreed that life was just taking us in different directions. We were each other's muses in music. Don lifted me up and is a huge part of making me the person I am today. His talent was immeasurable and I know this first hand. My deepest sympathy to his family, friends and co workers. If anyone is willing to reach out to me, please reach out on Facebook and I will get you my number directly or email me [email protected].
