Died: December 19, 2024 in Union, IL
Donald Raymond Argall, 74, of Union, passed away Thursday, December 19th, 2024, at home with Mary by his side. He was born August 21, 1950, in Belvidere, the son of Howard and Mildred (Wilkins) Argall. He married Mary Ewert on October 4, 1980, in Huntley. Don worked for Union Special for 50 years. He was Road Commissioner for Coral Township for 32 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He was an avid fan of the Cubs, Bears and especially loved the Blackhawks. He could be seen on his riding lawn mower checking out the yard or feeding the squirrels.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Argall, children; Molly Argall (Matt Tracy), Andrew (Nicole) Argall, Thomas Argall, Grandchildren; Peyton, Sophia, Lucas, Benjamin Schwartz, Adalyn Argall, and Robert Tracy, Brother-in-law; Herman Krause and Special Niece; Amanda (Tom) Pigott.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Ruth Ann Krause.
A visitation will be held at James O'Connor Funeral Home from 3 - 7 pm on Friday, December 27th, with a wake service at 6:45 pm. Visitation will continue from 9 to 10 am on Saturday, December 28, at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be on December 28th, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Huntley IL, at 10 am.

Mary & Family, Kathy and I were not in town to be at the wake or Mass. Don was a friend and a special man. We go back a long way. We shared our stories of our children and grandchildren. He is missed. God Bless!
