I'm so sorry to hear this. We loved him at the J&J Aviation Department. On any given day, you could walk into your office space and see Don sitting at your desk with his feet up with a big smile on his face giving you a warm "hello". He was so genuine and down-to-earth. One of the best!

I am so very sorry to learn of Don's passing. He was a light and inspiration. His sense of humor was what first distinguished him to me and I often remembered our first meeting and subsequent interactions during our shared time at JnJ / Vistakon. May he rest in the arms of angels in the presence of Our Lord. My sincere condolences to his wife, Ann, and his vast family and group of friends.

Deepest condolences on Don´s passing. He was a wonderful mentor and inspiration during my earlier days at J&J VisionCare, and his leadership, enthusiasm, and dedication were amazingly impactful. As a Mom of two young children at the time, I genuinely appreciated his coaching on how to balance work and life. I will never forget the day he surprised me and my colleagues with news we´d won the Johnson Medal. Long story short, he straight-faced acted like we were in hot water, and then had us all laughing with joy at the great news. Truly one of my favorite career memories.
May your memories of Don bring comfort and always be a blessing. May he rest in peace
Sincerely,
Susan Neadle

Casey family, my heart goes out to you all. While I never got to meet Don, it felt like I knew him by the way Katie spoke so highly of her amazing dad. How lucky you all are to have a love you'll miss so dearly. <3
