It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donald Comstock, 72, of Louisville, Kentucky, who left us on Sunday, October 19, 2025. Donald was a devoted husband, father, paw, brother, and cherished friend, whose warmth and laughter touched the lives of many.
A passionate storyteller, Donald delighted in sharing tales with his grandchildren, always eager to bring smiles to their faces with his infectious sense of humor and clever jokes. In his leisure time, he found joy in watching classic western movies, fishing, and tinkering with his beloved Chevy Scottsdale—each moment a testament to his fun-loving spirit and detail-oriented nature.
Born on June 5, 1953, in Louisville, Kentucky, Donald grew up surrounded by love from his parents, James and Rosie Comstock. He is reunited in peace with his beloved wife, Joyce Lynn Comstock, as well as his dear mother and father. Their memories will forever be cherished in the hearts of those he left behind.
Donald is lovingly survived by his son, Jordan Comstock, Sr., and his grandchildren, Jordan Comstock, Jr., Serenity Comstock, Riley O’Connell, and Axton Comstock. Alongside his extended family and friends, they will hold his memory close, ensuring that his legacy of love and laughter continues to shine brightly.
