Donald Dunn Obituary
Donald was born on October 11,1938, in Four Oaks Township, NC to Ruby Rae Durham and Sampson Vernon Dunn.
He attended Massey Hill High School and married his soulmate, Carolyn at age 16.
Donald was a member of Victory United Methodist Church during the 35 years he lived in Fayetteville, NC.
He and Carolyn relocated to Myrtle Beach, SC where they lived happily for 50 years. For 12 of those years, he owned and operated The Farm House Restaurant, alongside his wife, pouring his heart into every part of it.
Donald's world changed last year when he lost the love of his life, and he carried her memory with deep devotion. Though her absence weighed heavily on him, he faced each day with quiet strength. With Donald's passing, we find comfort in knowing they are together again, reunited in the peace and love they shared throughout their lives.
Donald is survived by his children, Tony Dunn, Keith Dunn, Karen Campbell (Steve), Susan Cribb (Buddy); eight grandchildren, Brooke and McKenzie Campbell, Lawson and Durham Cribb, McGee, Delaney, Finnegan, and Eiland Dunn; and a brother, Bennie Smith (Ann). He is predeceased by his wife, Carolyn Dunn.
Arrangements will be private.
