MILLER II, Donald David "Stoney" - Age 67 of Linden, died Saturday, June 14, 2014. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, June 19 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 East Broad Street, Linden with Rev. Donald Neuville officiating. Visitation will be held from 3 - 8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Don was born March 8, 1947 in Flint, the son of Donald David and Olive (Stewart) Miller. He graduated from Linden High School class of 1966. In 1969 he began working for Laborers Local 1075, served as the Business Manager from 1989-1998 and retired in March 2001. Don married Janette Newell on March 18, 1971 and they were married for 27 years. He enjoyed playing cards, coon hunting and deer hunting. Don is survived by children, Stacie (Chris) Ward, Amanda Miller, Donald David Miller III; grandchildren, Brent and Megan Roberts; siblings, Patti Lamb, Peggy Judson, Bobby Miller and Michael Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Lori Miller and wife, Janette Miller.
