Donald C. Jackson Sr.

Donald C. Jackson, Sr., 84, of Phillipsburg, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Born January 7, 1942, in Easton, PA, he was the son of the late Edmund and Loretta (Weis) Jackson.

He and his wife, the late Rose K. (Thorpe) Jackson, were married for 53 years until her passing on March 27, 2015.

Donald graduated from Wilson High School, Class of 1959.

He worked for Ingersoll Rand Company for 35 years. Previously, he worked for the former Fredwell, where he met his wife.

Donald enjoyed trips with his family, stock car racing, and Ocean City New Jersey.

Surviving are his three sons, Donald Jackson, Jr., of Easton, Warren Jackson, of Forks Township and Allen Jackson, Sr. and his wife Cheryl, of Wilson Borough; two daughters, Robin Bolmer and her husband Jeffery and Brenda Phillips and her husband Michael Jr., all of Oxford, NJ; ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and two on the way. He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Thalia Jackson and a sister, Doris Alpaugh.
