Donald Kepple Obituary
He was born in Ephrata, son of the late Harry and Gertrude (Burd) Kepple and was the husband of the late Hiltrud O. (Weigand) Kepple who passed away in 2013. They shared 58 years of marriage.
He was a member of Indiantown Mennonite Church, Ephrata, and a lifetime member of Schoeneck Fire Co. He enjoyed fishing, reading, word puzzles, and camping.
Donald served our country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He earned an Army of Occupation Medal (Germany) and a National Defense Service Medal.
He worked as an auto mechanic for many years prior to his retirement.
Donald is survived by daughter, Cindy Kepple, companion of Barry Carvell; 3 grandchildren, Jason, Tony, and Daniel Kepple.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by son, Roland Kepple and 3 brothers.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, from 10 to 11 AM at the Indiantown Mennonite Church, 255 Indiantown Road, Ephrata, PA 17522. Funeral services will follow at 11 AM, with Pastor Nelson Zeiset officiating. Interment will take place in the Memory Gardens Memorial Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in Donald's memory may be made to Indiantown Mennonite Church, at the above address.
