Donald Lynn Landers, 84, of Sunset, TX died at his home on Sunday, December 7, 2025, after a valiant battle with cancer.

Don was born on October 27, 1941, to Arthur Van Buren Landers and Izora Barrington Landers in Taylor County, Tx. He grew up in the Ovalo and Tuscola area and graduated from Jim Ned High School in 1959. Don moved to the DFW area and settled in Azle, TX. He was proud to be the oldest active Master Plumber in the state of Texas when he retired last year at the age of 83. Don loved deer hunting on the home place in Ovalo, TX. Don was incredibly proud of his family and had a witty sense of humor. He will be greatly missed.
