DONALD LANGE Obituary

DONALD LANGE 1/9/1928 - 9/19/2025 Cameron, MO-Donald Henry Lange, 97, of Cameron, passed away September 19, 2025. He was born January 9, 1928 to Fritz and Anna (Weber) Lange in Syracuse, Nebraska. Don was a graduate of Syracuse-Dunbar-Avoca High School in Syracuse, Nebraska. On October 3, 1948, Don married LouAnn Granneman in Syracuse. He was a veteran of the Unted States Army serving in World War II and the Korean War and worked over 50 years for NW Electric Power Cooperative in Cameron. Don was a member of the Cameron Elks, American Legion Elmer Ellis Post 33, and life long member of Cameron United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife LouAnn; great granddaughter, Brooke Leitterman; sisters Janis and Rita; brother, Gailen. Don is survived by sons Donald Lee (Nancy) Lange, Baytown, TX, Dean (Juanita) Lange, San Leon, TX; granddaughter, Tonya Lange (Dalvin Barnett Jr.), Cameron; grandson, Donald Lee Jr. "DJ" (Tiffany) Lange, Baytown, TX; great grandson Jordan Bailey (Katie Bestgen); great granddaughter, Bianca Lange; great grandsons, Cameron Gill, Beckham Lange; great granddaughters Maisyn, Emmie Lange; great great granddaughter Parker Bailey; sister Judy Lubben. Memorial fund to Comfort Care Hospice. Grave side services, 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 25, 2025 at Park Hill Cemetery, Syracuse, Nebraska. Visitation, 6:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at Poland-Thompson Chapel, Cameron, MO. Arrangements under the direction of Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron, MO.
