Donald Lehmann Obituary
Proud father of Sarah (James) Wnorowski and grandfather of Joey. Loving and caring brother of Mary Pat Sugden, Nancy (John) Schloemer, and Lisa (Kenny) Carlile and preceded in death by his brother Bob. Bestest friend and concert buddy of Lori.
Don filled his last year of life with all of the things he loved and never let his diagnosis or prognosis get him down. He spent the summer following his favorite cover bands at the local festivals and catching bigger acts as they came to town (The Warning was one of his favorites). He stayed until closing on his final day at State Fair, being sure to soak up as much of the scene as he could.
When not savoring his favorite music, you could find Don following along with all of the local sports teams. He was hoping to see the Brewers in the World Series before he passed, but that was unfortunately not meant to be. Likewise, he was disappointed in the Packers season so far, but he spent his first day in his new life ensuring that the Packers beat the Giants.
During his last couple days, he was surrounded by family, friends, and his favorite music.
In lieu of a formal service, raise a glass (preferably his favorite Korbel and Diet Coke) to Don or trek out to one of his local haunts (Belly Up Bar or DJ's Goalpost). "No question" he wouldn't want any of the fuss.
