Uncle Donnie always had a smile and an encouraging word for his "niece" and great-nephew. We enjoyed hearing him coach the Redskins, while he watched the games.
Thank God for good times and great memories. May His peace be with you, Diane and Grandma Parker. We love you.

To the Family of the Late Donald Parker:
I just found out about the passing of Donald Parker. (As I call him) To say the less, I am in shock. I just saw Donald a few months ago at the bus stop on Nine Mile Road. Donald, Jimmy, I and my brothers (Cat and Rock) grew up in the same neighborhood.
I would like to encourage your family to rejoice this victory and to remember fondly the love you shared and the legacy that he leaves behind.

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

To my mom and the Family,
One Day at a Time
You lived your life one day at a time.
The words you shared were always kind.
You loved us all with your whole heart.
It saddens us to be apart, and forever we
hold you in our hearts
Today you stand in God's bright light.
Watching over us day and night.
In our hearts you will remain
Until the day we meet again...
Forever Your love will live on in our hearts
and the hearts of those you touched.
We are so grateful to God for blessing our lives with
the beautiful gift of you.
We miss you sweet angel,
more than you can imagine.
God works in mysterious ways. We all have to be strong. He is where we get our faith and strength. Keep being strong and let us all support each other. I am learning life is to short and everyday is not promising. So let us all to continue to show love and be strong through this sorrow time.
