Dear Suzy, Donnie, and Maya, I am so very sorry to hear about Don. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

When I went into the shop Don was always in a good mood and always had a smile on his face. We will all miss him.

During the long vigil at the hospital in the days following his heart attack, you showed great faith and fortitude. God walked with you throughout that period and continues to do so now. Keep on trusting in Him and praying.

We will miss Don greatly. The story he told us about your wedding night and getting booted from the hotel was one of the funniest stories I have ever heard! I'll always remember him out on the Griff balcony, beer in hand, and so happy.
He was definitely one of the good ones. We are so sorry for this horrible loss and we are here for you.

Sorry to the Pate family for your loss. I hadn't seen Don in years then by chance my wife and I ran into him at the High School a little over a year ago on senior night!! Still had the same great smile and we shared some laughs about the old high school days! He will be missed!

He was always so busy, but always stopped to say hello. Don was a proud dad a great family man. Donnie had dreams of owning a fishing charter some day, Donnie its time HAPPY fishing buddy.
