Donald L. Perkins

I have known Don for several years. Don's brother Bob and I was in the U.S. Army together. From basic training at Fort Knox, Ky, and AIT. in Fort Sill in Oklahoma. And was in the same gun battery in Vietnam, where we seen each other every day. We then was stationed at Fort Hood, TX and camse home together.
The Perkins Family and I was very close. Don, being the little brother, was always with us at our gatherings.
I kept in touch with Don after his mother and father passed. And years later we lost Bob.
Rest in peace little brother, I will always remember you smiles.
