You were always there for me, whenever I needed an ear or a shoulder. You changed my outlook on life. You made me feel like I had a purpose. I will never forget everything you taught me, and how accepting you were of me- even in your final months, you welcomed and accepted me as I am now.

Thank you for your guidance, for your caring, for your acceptance, and for your wisdom. Thank you for teaching me what it means to be a good man. I couldn't have learned from anyone better. I'll love and remember you always.

To your family, you have my sincerest condolences. I am thinking of you, and praying for you. Thank you for sharing him with us all.

Dear Phillips Family,
Donnie was one of the good ones! He loved family, teaching, and life. As an EMS instructor he touched so many lives with his expertise. As a paramedic he put his patients at ease and gave compassionate care. He will be remembered by many people in the EMS community for years to come.
As you celebrate his life, please find peace.
Fondly,
Janice Evans
