Served many years with Papa Smurf at the lodge, banged heads, drank beer and became pretty close. A loss to the family as well as the community. Rest in peace my brother.

I am so sad. Dad Powers was not only a fellow officer in the Moose lodge with me many years,He was my friend. What a reunion celebration must be going on right now in Heaven. Dad and Mom together again. I am a better man because of you dad.,and am honored to have been your friend. Love you!
