Donald "Donnie" Wayne Sink On Sunday, September 21, 2025, Donald "Donnie" Sink passed away peacefully in his sleep at the age of 55. Donnie was born January 21st, 1970 in Southfield, MI. Donnie was a resident of the beautiful North Manistique Lake, in McMillan, Michigan, where he spent his time doing favorite things- boating, snowmobiling, and spending time with his beloved dog, Ammy. Donnie's home away from home was in Port Charlotte, where he spent time with his family while fishing and soaking up the Florida sun. Donnie is preceded in death by his mother, Sandra "Sandi" Cowell. He is survived by his three children, Dalton (with wife Sierra), Dillon, and Danielle; and their mother, Karyn. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Sloan and Nolan; his father, Roman; and his brother, Ronald Sink (with wife Kerrie), along with his niece and nephew, Grace and Brody. Donnie's wishes were to be cremated and to be reunited with his mother. A small celebration of life will be held in his honor. The family is grateful for Donnie's friends; in lieu of flowers, they kindly ask that donations be made in his memory to support one of his passions, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Foundation. Donnie, with his infectious smile and mischievous smirk, will be missed every day, but the family takes comfort in knowing he is happily reunited with his mother in Heaven and will be together with his loved ones again someday.
