Don was a remarkable person. Kind and considerate towards everyone. Humble, despite his high office and many accomplishments. He always treated me with kindness and respect, as he did everyone with whom I saw him interact. I always felt welcome in his presence. Godspeed dear friend. You have many saints eager to welcome you home.

My name is Ashok Khushalani MD and I worked with Judge Willy as a consultant at the Social Security Office of Hearings and Appeals. His hearings were thorough and he made sure claimant´s felt heard. He was very kind and appreciative of the consultants. I had a very cordial relationship with him. We enjoyed each others company. Because of his thoroughness his hearings would go on forever but we respected his professionalism. He also had a good sense of humor and an unwavering love for his dogs.
During our live hearings I would bring kolaches and he would throughly enjoy them.
I pray his Soul RIP and his offer my heartfelt condolences to his wife and extended family.
