Dustin was born April 16, 1980 in Goshen, IN to Don and Beverly (Burkholder) Yoder. He was raised in Goshen and attended school. While in school, he participated in Football and Wrestling. After school, Dustin started working for Forest River RV in Elkhart, IN.
Dustin moved to Washington in 2002 with his wife at the time, Holly (Hostetler) Yoder, and they had two children together, Peyton and Logan. In 2004, he enlisted in the Army National Guard where he achieved the rank of Sgt. He served one tour in Iraq and was activated to provide support during Hurricane Katrina and was honorably discharged September 16, 2015.
Dustin met his future wife Jessica on October 11, 2013 at his brother's and Jessica's best friend's wedding rehearsal. Dustin was the Best Man and Jessica was the Maid of Honor. They immediately fell in love and were married one year later on October 21, 2014, in the home of Jessica's parents with their children Peyton, Aidan, and Logan standing with them. They made their home in Cornelius, OR and in 2016 they welcomed their fourth child, Emma.
Dustin was an old school kind of guy. He enjoyed fishing, football, camping, sitting around a fire, card games, shooting guns, and woodworking. He was a diehard Michigan Wolverines Football fan. Dustin and Jessica enjoyed couple's getaways to the Oregon coast or to the mountains. He also enjoyed the time spent assistant coaching his son Aidan's baseball and football teams.
Dustin went home to Jesus on July 9, 2025 at 9:10pm and was surrounded by family. Dustin is survived by his loving wife Jessica, their four children, Peyton Yoder (IL), Aidan Breidenbach (OR), Logan Yoder (IL), Emma Yoder (OR), his parents, Don Yoder (MI), Beverly Yoder (IN), brother Michael (Emily) Yoder (OR), Brothers in Law, Jacob Breidenbach, Joshua Breidenbach, and Johnny Breidenbach (all of OR), Sisters in Law, Joy Sears, Jamye (Brice) Plouse, Julia (Zach Rhodes) Breidenbach, Jodi (Jay) Gullett (all of OR), nine nieces, four nephews, and many other relatives.
