Donn J. Herron

Donn J. Herron, 85, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2025. He was born on August 1, 1940. Donn lived a life defined by hard work, devotion, and deep compassion for both people and animals.

A dedicated farmer throughout his life, Donn found great purpose in tending to his land and caring for his livestock. He was known for his strong work ethic, gentle spirit, and the quiet pride he took in a job well done.

Donn was preceded in death by his parents, John and Patricia Herron. He is survived by his brother, Jerry Herron, whom he deeply cherished.

Donn was a loving father to his daughters, Amy Green and Susan (Matt) Queen, and a treasured grandfather to Kyle (Sydney) Kuhn, Kaidyn and Konnor Green, and Alyssa and Abbey Queen. He was also a loyal friend to many.

Donn treasured time spent with his family and found joy in the simple, meaningful moment: sharing stories, offering wisdom, and supporting those he loved with unwavering kindness. Donn will be remembered for his warm heart, steady presence, and the legacy of love, integrity, and hard work he leaves behind.

A private service will be held by the family at a later date.
