Mrs. Donna Pettit Adkins, 57, died Saturday, Aug. 8, 2009. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Roy Adkins, and her mother, father and sister.
Donna is survived by her sons, Mike and Chris Messer; their wives, Toni and Tessa; grandsons, Austin, Marcus, Samuel and Zackery; her sister, Linda Ellis; brother-in-law, Gerry Ellis; nephew, Greg Ellis; and aunt, Margaret Thomas.
The family will hold a private memorial.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Embracing Hospice, 3180 Presidential Drive, Suite G, Atlanta, GA 30340 or the American Lung Association.
