Donna Brant Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by White Funeral Home & Crematory - Cassville on Mar. 9, 2026.
Donna Marie Brant of Cassville, Missouri, passed away Friday, March 6, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas. She was 59 years old.

Donna was born March 23, 1966, in Geneva, Illinois, to Richard and Margarett (Steffen) Larson. She was united in marriage to James "J.D." Brant on March 17, 1991, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Donna found joy in the simple things in life. She enjoyed watching reality television and spending time at home. Above all else, her children and grandchildren were the light of her life and meant the world to her. She cherished every moment spent with them and took great pride in her family.

Donna's compassion for others continued even after her passing, as she chose to give the gift of life through organ donation, a final act of generosity that reflects the caring person she was.

She will be remembered for her love and devotion to those closest to her.

Survivors include her husband of almost 35 years Jim (JD); three sons, Lucus Larson-Brant and his wife Christina of Branson, Missouri, Karl Larson-Brant and his wife Hannah of Cassville, Missouri, and Ryan Larson-Brant and his wife Hallie of Monett, Missouri; one daughter, Sydney Larson-Brant of Cassville, Missouri; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Alan Larson and his wife Lisa of Mexico, Missouri, and Joshua Larson and his wife Gina of Clever, Missouri; one sister, Darlene Sampson and her husband Jeff of White Pine, Michigan; and a very special bonus son Charles Parker and his children of Pierce City, Missouri.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, and one sister Doris Rivers.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Countryside Christian Church in Monett, Missouri at 10:00 am.

Memorials may be made to St. Judes Research Hospital and entrusted to White Funeral Home and Crematory.

Arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home and Crematory in Cassville, Missouri.
