Donna Kay Cox, 79, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, was called home by our Lord on September 25, 2025. Donna was born on July 1, 1946, in Fairfield, IL to Henry and Delores Dickey. She grew up in Fairfield where she met her husband Thomas Wayne Cox. They were married October 25, 1969. They made a home in Mahomet, IL where they had 3 children (Chad, Tim, and Kristi). They moved to Tucson, AZ in 1981, trading the brutal Midwest winters for the summer desert heat in the southwest. Donna was the personnel director for Precision Shooting Equipment until she retired in 2010.

Donna's passion in life was loving on her family and making incredible memories. She loved creating photo albums to preserve those memories and she had the incredible ability to look at any picture and tell you everything about it. Where it was, when it was taken and everyone that was in it. It truly was amazing to watch her eyes light up whenever she could talk about family.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Delores Dickey, brother Larry Dickey and daughter Kristi Cox (Bolton). She is survived by her husband of 57 years Thomas Cox, sons Chad (Jen) Cox and Tim (Jenn) Cox, grandkids Carson (Sydney) Cox, Connor Cox, Parker Bolton, Zachary Bolton and Ian Henry as well as many other extended family. She was loved so much and will be dearly missed. Celebration of Life service is TBD.
