Faribault - Donna Mae Daleiden, 83, of Faribault, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2025. Born on October 26, 1942, in Minneapolis,

Donna was the daughter of Alfred and Lucille Knoll and the eldest of seven children. She grew up with a love of learning and later studied education at the University of Minnesota.

In 1965, Donna met Arthur Daleiden at a Catholic mixer, which led to a marriage filled with laughter, faith and family. Together they raised four children: Laura, Jody, Scott, and Amy.

Donna was known for her zest for life and her gift of bringing people together. She loved being surrounded by her friends and family and took special joy in her role as grandma to her twelve grandchildren, who were the pride and delight of her life.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Al and Lucille; her brothers, Bill and Ron; and her husband, Art. She will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the happiness she brought to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Services will be held at Boldt Funeral Home on Friday, January 2, 2026 with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. and the service at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Riverbend Nature Center or the Buckham Memorial Library, Faribault.
