Donna J. Deaton, 65, of Jaffrey, NH, died peacefully on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at the Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough after a brief and courageous battle with cancer.
Donna was born on December 16, 1960 in Malden, Mass, the daughter of Harry and Barbara (Wright) McLaughlin, Jr.. She attended schools in Massachusetts and had moved to this area when she began working at New Hampshire Ball Bearing in Peterborough as an Exporter. Her passions were spending time with her family and especially her dogs, Juno, Zoey, Ryker, and Micah, all who will miss her tremendously. Donna also enjoyed creating arts and crafts in her craft room, and loved being outside, especially at the beach.
Donna is survived by her sons, David and Joseph, her daughter-in-law, Tanya, her 2 grandchildren, Summer and Analiese, her mother, Barbara McLaughlin, her brother, Dan McLaughlin and by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
