Donna Ellman Obituary

Donna owned and operated "Grandma's Place" childcare center for many years. She was a very nurturing, kind, loving, enthusiastic, robust, resilient person who took care of everyone. She was the rock of the family. Donna was a devoted mom, grandma, sister, and friend. She was "Everything to Everyone".
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her partner, John Larkey; children, Michael Ellman, Jamey Ellman, and Jonathan Ellman; and daughter-in-law, Barbara Jean Mims-Ellman; and eleven siblings.
Donna is survived by the Peanut Clan, her children, William Ellman, Howard Ellman, Kimberly Ellman, Angela Ellman, Darleen Wade (John), and Jason Ellman; a special daughter, Melissa Robinson-Williams; a sister, Cynthia Ellman (Robert Ross); a brother, Franklin Ellman; grandchildren; many grandchildren, and Godchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may call on Tuesday May 16, 2023, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, Pine Ave., 845 E. 38th Street and are invited to attend a funeral Mass on Wednesday May 17, 2023, at 10 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Church, 516 E. 13th Street. Burial will follow at Erie Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at www.bruggerfuneralhomes.com.
