Donna Maria Engler

Donna Maria Engler, born on February 19, 1951, went home to the house of the Lord on March 4, 2026. She leaves behind a legacy defined by a kind heart and a deep commitment to the people she held close.

Donna was a woman of unwavering faith, strength and compassion. She had a natural way of making others feel seen and cared for, often through small but meaningful gestures. Whether offering a listening ear, sending a thoughtful note, or showing up in practical ways. She had a gift for connection that left a lasting impression on those who knew her.

Her most cherished role in life was being Nana. She found immense happiness in caring for her grandchildren and was often adopted as a grandmother by other families that she knew.

Donna is survived by her daughters, Dawn Adkins and Debra Salgado; her five grandchildren; her three great grandchildren; two siblings and a large extended family of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who were deeply loved.

Donna's memory lives on in the countless lives she touched and in the comfort of knowing she rests in eternal peace.

A memorial and celebration of life will be held on March 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Liberty Baptist Church – located at 1000 Bison Ave, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
