Donna M. Harding, 77, of Clifford Township died peacefully on Tuesday morning, January 30, 2024 at Hospice of the Sacred Heart in Dunmore. Her husband, William D. Harding survives her.
Born September 11, 1946 in Carbondale, she was the daughter of the late Leroy C. Cottrell, Sr. and Florence (Reynolds) Cottrell.
Donna was a graduate of Mountain View High School. She was a pharmacy technician at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale for many years before her retirement. She will be remembered as a kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
In addition to her husband Bill, she is also survived by two sons: Wayne County Sheriff Christopher Rosler of Honesdale, and Mark Rosler of Mayfield; two grandchildren: Megan Rosler and Jake Rosler; a sister, Lori Cook and her husband Paul of Clearwater Florida; a brother-in-law, Thomas Harding of Wyoming; and a sister-in-law, Joyce Thompson and her husband Leigh of Hanover Twp; nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Leroy C. "Skip" Cottrell, Jr.; and a nephew, Dusty Estabrook.
A viewing will be held on Sunday, February 4, 2024 from 2-4 PM at Howell Family Funeral Home, Inc., Edward R. Howell, Funeral Director, 269 Belmont St., Waymart, PA 18472. A memorial service will be held on Sunday at 4 PM in the funeral home.
Interment will be private in Sandy Banks Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Donna's memory to The Special Olympics.
