10 years ago, Donna. My heart still cries. Thank you for your very precious friendship. Memories and faith remain, as do prayers for your family.

It is simply amazing to think this would have been your 81st birthday, Donna. What a life you are celebrating!

Nine years ago today Donna began her wonderful new life. Way to go, Donna!

Lydia, yes, Sister Donna is certainly missed. Today would have been her 80th birthday!

I was a resident of Transitional Housing on West 25th Street. It was furnished suites for homeless women. I lived and worked there under Sr. Hawk. It was founded by her and another sister. Sr. Donna is still loved and missed.

8 years ago Donna began her new life, and it changed mine.

Donna's birthday...Would have been 79. Memories...

Another year has passed. Lucky 7 for Donna.
All is well here.

Donna’s birthday was the day after mine. We always enjoyed that. Strange to think she would have been 78. Always missed.

Such a great friend, who's been singing with the angels these last 6 years.

It has been a difficult couple of weeks. We are comforted by the outpouring of love and support after Donna's death. She was a woman devoted in her service to God and the underprivileged. We loved her, will miss her, but are comforted to know that she has joined our parents, two other sisters, grandparents, & many other family & friends who welcomed her with hugs and kisses. Dear Sisters of St. Joseph and family and friends of Sister Donna,
I have fond memories of Sister Donna.
I first met her in the'80s when we were both on the board of The Eastside Catholic Shelter. Our paths crossed at various times when Donna was the director of THI and in her ministries since then. Our last brief conversation was last Sept. when I was on retreat at The River's Edge. Donna always was very supportive and caring. Her concern for the poor and less fortunate shined through in all of her words and actions. I feel honored to have known her.

Sister Donna was a Nazareth classmate who had accomplished so much good in this world. I will miss seeing her at our get togethers. The journey has just begun. Mary Lou Muray

My last memory of her will be the lunch Mom and I shared with your Mom and Sister Donna after Sunday Mass. We had a wonderful time sharing memories. May God bless you and may Sr. Rest in Peace.

My thoughts and prayers are with you today! My memories are of Sr Donna and Sr Loretta when God put his footprints on the steps of a Travel Lodge Motel on W25th Street and said my people will need a place to stay to get their lives back together. His footprints can still be seen at THI! Peace
