Donna J. Johnson

Donna J. Johnson, 67, of Webster, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on March 14, 2026.

Born October 17, 1958 in Rochester, NY to Janice and Ellsworth Johnson, raised with siblings Kathy, Gail, Craig, Tim and Aunt Mar.

She attended St Rita's before graduating from R.L. Thomas Webster class of '76, followed by cosmetology school and waitressing, until finding long term employment at Xerox until retirement. Upon retiring she first divided her time between NY and Nevada, but with the arrival of grandchildren decided to move to a more child friendly location in Florida where she divided her time for her final years.

She met her lifelong partner, Todd Sackett, at Xerox 34 years ago. They enjoyed many warm weather trips together from Cruises, to the deserts of Nevada, and many beaches in between. She was also busy raising her two sons, Anthony and Andrew, attending their sporting games even into adulthood, followed by renewed energy in supporting her 4 grandchildren through babysitting, cooking or baking, creating character artwork out of the shells she would find on the beach, and being their biggest fan as they played sports. She was the glue keeping the family together. At the family events she radiated an unmistakable presence from starting euchre games, being first there to help set up, to the last to leave after cleaning up.

A unique individual that stood out in a crowd, she had a distinct sense of humor that you could not escape, adding life and fun to any gathering. She had no issue sharing her opinions, but where she lacked a filter, she made up for it just by her being there. Her actions spoke louder than the words and set a high bar for showing up when needed even if not asked.

She is survived by partner, Todd Sackett; children, Anthony (Cherie) Muscari, Andrew (Rachele) Muscari; grandchildren; Cooper, Cali, Carson, Carter; siblings Kathy (John) Kelly, Gail (Rick) Johnson, Craig Johnson, Tim (Debbie) Johnson; Uncle George Piecuch; Aunt Mary (Tom) Centofonti; niece, Janelle Burroughs; cousins: Michelle (Doug) Bull, Melissa (Nick) Kneut, Walter, Joe (Katie) Centofonti, Lindsay (Becca) Centofonti; along with many more family and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents Janice and Ellsworth Johnson, and her beloved pets: Keysha, Ramba, Kemba, and Murphy.

A celebration of life will be held in honor of Donna J. Johnson at the Webster Elks Lodge, 1066 Jackson Rd, Webster, NY, 14580 on April, 26 2026 from 1pm to 4pm.

May her spirit forever dance like flamingos in the surf, and may her love live on in the laughter of her grandchildren.
