Donna Mae Liday, 98, peacefully passed away on January 17, 2026, at her home in Pocatello, Idaho.
She was born in Pocatello on May 25, 1927, to Marshall and Versacola Hook.
She worked various jobs: bank teller, Bernina sewing shop, Cottage hearth Foods.
Donna was raised in California but moved back to Pocatello where she married William “Bill” Liday.
Donna married William “Bill” Liday on November 16, 1947, and were married for 65 years. They had one daughter, Vicki.
She was a member of the Jehovah Witness community here in Pocatello.
Donna loved to sew, quilt, and spend time with her grandsons and their families. She also loved snowmobiling with her husband.
Donna is preceded in death by her husband Bill Liday; brother Rielly Hook; Sister Marshale Blamires; and son-in-law Dennis (Randy) Teuscher.
She is survived by her daughter Vicki Teuscher; grandsons Jamie Teuscher, Shane (Courtney) Teuscher, and Troy Teuscher; and brother Mike (Sonia) Hook; and five great-grandchildren.
The family expresses a special thanks to Symbii Hospice for their amazing assistance and level of care for Donna.
Donna will be deeply missed.
