Donna Sue Moore Lofton
Donna Lofton died after years of chronic health issues December 15, 2025, at St Dominic hospital in Jackson, Ms. She was born in Carthage, Ms the daughter of Elder Hilton and Pat Moore both of Harperville, Ms.
Donna graduated from Scott Central High School in 1970. Later she chose a career in nursing. She became a Licensed Practical Nurse and served in the field of nursing for twenty-five years.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by two sons, Patrick Tyler Lofton and Thomas Todd Lofton both of Harperville, MS. Surviving her are: two granddaughters Madalyn Lofton and Hanna Lofton of Brandon, MS, one brother Tim Moore of Madison, MS and two nephews.
A service to celebrate her life will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest, Ms. Visitation with the family will begin one hour prior to the service. Friends are invited to return to the parlor following the service to be with the family.
Memorials maybe made to Damascus Primitive Baptist Church.
