Donna Phelps Obituary
Donna Lee Phelps, 83, of Stephenville, Texas passed away peacefully on December 19, 2025 at home surrounded by family and friends.
Born In Lee's Summit, Missouri on September 11, 1942, Donna attended school in Holden, Missouri where she met the love of her life Ray (Buddy) Phelps. Together they had three children.
Donna spent over 20 years as a machinist at Sain-Gobain Abrasives in Stephenville, Texas where she was known as a very good worker. She took great pride in her work. She made many very good friends at Saint-Gobain.
Donna loved all animals, but especially her dogs. She cherished time spent with children and grandchildren.
Donna was preceded in death by her husband Buddy, her Mother Mary DeMasters, her father Don DeMasters and a stepbrother Gary DeMasters.
She is survived by her children, Debbie and Hal Tidwell, Russel and Karen Phelps and Deana and Eddie Schilb.
Her Grandchildren, Vincent and wife Maya, Brandon and wife Beth, Shea Roberts, Chase and wife Beth, Thomas and husband Kevin, Eric Schilb, Kristina and Alberto Maira and Jennifer and Darrell McDaniel.
Her great grandchildren, Eric, Jacob, Vivienne, Izzie and Claire.
Her siblings Gail Roland and Jimmie DeMasters.
Donna will be remembered for her kindness to others, her good work ethic and her love for her family.
A celebration of life will be determined at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Erath County Humane Society.
