A Celebration of Life Service for Donna Marie (Streich) Prochaska, age 86, of Enid, Oklahoma, will be Friday, September 26, 2025, at 2:00pm in Ladusau-Evans Chapel, Pastor Scott Maloney, officiating. Service and cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.

Donna was born April 18, 1939, in Enid, she grew up on the family farm in Goltry. In 1963, Bob and Donna built a new house in Enid to raise their children. She worked for First National Bank until its closure. She also worked for Atwood's in the Distribution Center until she retired.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, Albert W. Streich and Garnett Streich-Sawyer; Brothers, Albert Streich, Jr., and Gene Reimer. She is survived by her husband of sixty-seven years, married on June 29, 1957, Robert Lee Prochaska; three sons, Jeffrey Lee, Mark Wayne (Laura), and Michael Carl (Teresa); Four Grandchildren, Alison Collins (Kelton), Chloe Draper (Jake), Conner Prochaska, and Callie Burton (Tanner); three great-grandchildren, Jesper Collins, Willow Collins, Silas Prochaska; and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or Chisholm Trail Cowboy Church, with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
