Donna J. (Main) Ray, beloved wife of Kevin J. Ray, of Pawcatuck, Connecticut, passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2026 following a brief illness, at the age of 69.
Funeral service and burial are private. A full obituary will appear at the earliest convenience of the family.

I am so deeply saddened at the loss of our dear Donna. I can´t believe it. I worked with Donna for about 25 yrs. We were such a close knit group that we called it our "work family". When I retired she gave me 42 roses, one for each year. Far beyond being a co-worker, she was such a kind, caring, compassionate, loving, giving, beautiful, and special friend, who continued that friendship with us long after Hubbell. My deepest heartfelt sympathy to Kevin, her boys, her grandson, and all of her family. You filled her life with love.

I am blessed to have shared so many special and every day moments with Donna as a co-worker and a good friend for 30 plus years. She was the "real deal", one of the most authentic individuals that I have ever met who always put the needs of others before herself. She will be missed by so many, but always remembered with smiles and love.
Rest in peace my friend.

Donna or as I so affectionately called her, Mrs. Ray was a soul who radiated beauty from the inside out. I find myself reaching for the echoes of our laughter and the warmth of our long talks, especially those vibrant days during Customer Service Week.
One of my fondest joys was the tradition of creating birthday decor for her beloved grandson; it was a small way to celebrate the immense love she had for her family. I will forever cherish every memory we built together. Heaven has truly gained a beautiful angel. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My deepest sympathy over the untimely passing of a wonderful friend and co-worker. Donna and I know each other for many years as she was our sales rep at Hubbell. She helped me in so many ways throughout the years and we really wound up sharing our lives together over the phone with our many phone calls. i am so saddened by this shocking news. God bless her and may she rest in eternal peace. My condolences to the entire family.
