Donna Ruggles Obituary
Donna Rose Ruggles (Cannon), age 75, passed away, August 13, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Carl E. Ruggles, devoted mother of Phillip Swafford, Mary Ann (Ron) Barnett, Carla (James) Craley, and the late Eric Ruggles, loving grandmother and great-grandmother, caring daughter of the late Alba Lucille and Arlie Grissom Cannon, and dear sister of Mary McCutcheon, Billy Cannon, and the late Joyce Ann Kamp, Rodney, David, Francis, James, and Donald Cannon. Friends may visit at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Wednesday, August 20th from 10 to 11 am. Graveside service will follow at Mt. Orab Cemetery at 12 pm.
