Donna Ann Sciortino

I first met Donna in 1977 in the summer after we both graduated from high school. She was a telephone operator working on Poydras Street and lived in an apartment on Esplanade and I thought that was so cool. Throughout the years, Donna and I somehow managed to remain friends. The last time we spoke was about 6 weeks ago when we talked texted and reminisced about old times. I don't think either of us realized just how soon she would be gone. Way, way too soon. I will always remember Donna and how much she changed my life for the better. She will be missed by me and many other friends and family.
