Donna May VanEtten, age 70, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2025. Born on September 7, 1955, she lived a life defined by love, service, and devotion to family and country.
Donna proudly served her nation in the United States Army, demonstrating the same courage, strength, and compassion that guided her throughout her life. Her dedication and sense of duty were evident not only in her military service but in the way she cared for those around her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond G. Schultz and Mary H. (Floyd) Sadlocka, and her brother Florian "Marty" Sadlocka.
Donna is survived by her loving children, Carrie (Charles) Denning and Jonpaul (Elizabeth) Oliver; her longtime love, George VanEtten; her brother, Raymond (Deb) Schultz; and her sister, Diana (Julie) McCauley.
Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren - Jacob (Taylor), Samantha, Nicholas (Jordan), Baylan, Bella, and Jonpaul Jr. - and great-grandchildren Alora, Scylla, Peyton, Sawyer, and River, who brought endless joy to her life.
Donna will also be fondly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews and her dear friend Linda Yaeger, whose companionship meant so much through the years.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and forever remembered for her unwavering kindness, strength of spirit, and the love she so freely gave.
