Donna Kay (Wehmeier) Widener, daughter of Ray and Ruth Wehmeier, was born in Waynesville, MO, on May 11, 1948, and departed this life April 19, 2022, in Rolla, MO, at the age of seventy-three years.
Donna graduated from Rolla High School in 1966, and continued her education by receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Education, from Missouri State University. She taught school in Rolla, Waynesville and Newburg. She was also a realtor in the Waynesville area for many years.
She is survived by three sons, Chad Bell of Ozark, MO, Jason Bell and his wife Erin of St. James, MO and Travis Bell and his wife Tina of Nixa, MO; four grandchildren, Lauren, Nolan, Addison and Liam Bell; her brother, Bill Wehmeier and his wife Reta of St. James, MO; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Friday, April 22, 2022, at 11:00 A.M., with visitation prior to service beginning at 10:00. Burial will follow in the Ozark Hills Memorial Gardens. Pastor Eric Swyres will be officiating the services.
Memorial donations have been suggested in memory of Donna to Phelps Health Delbert Day Cancer Institute PH FOUNDATION~1060 W. 10th Street, Rolla, MO 65401. Donations can be also be mailed to Shadel's Colonial Chapel, at P.O. Box 948, Lebanon, MO 65536.
