Memorial service at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022 at 11:00 am. The family invites anyone unable to attend services to watch the live video stream through the Sol Levinson website.
In Lieu of flowers, contributions in Donnie's memory will be directed to ServeMedicine, Grateful Deb's project offering a guided psychedelic journey for an end-of-life diagnosis or life-threatening illness. Donations are being routed through an umbrella non-profit organization, the Plant Medicine Peer Network, and are 100% tax-deductible.
