Meredith Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS is handling the arrangements.
Survivors include his brothers Stevie Shaffer of Oklahoma, Rickey (Martha Joe) Shaffer of Pottsville, AR; sister Wendy (Wayne) Hawkins of Clarksdale, MS; nephews Brad (Amantha) Shaffer of Kosciusko, MS, Josh Shaffer of Pottsville, AR; nieces Katie Adams of Brandon, MS, Amanda (Jared) Pridmore of Pottsville, AR, Megan (Nate) Murphey of Alabama, Laura (Sean) Babb of Clarksdale, MS.
Preceded in death by his parents William Floyd & Maveline Ayrs Shaffer; brother Jimmy Shaffer.
