Donny Warren Freeman was born June 10, 1968, in Houston, Missouri. He was the third child of Edwin and Carol Ann Freeman. He departed this life on November 2, 2025, at home, at the age of 57.
Donny was united in marriage to Leta (Rumfelt) Massey on April 7, 2015, in Bentonville, Arkansas.
His relationship with the Lord started at a young age when he was saved. He was actively involved in the Gentryville Church in Gentryville, Missouri.
He enjoyed playing softball, hunting, fishing, and watching squirrels and rabbits from the front porch of his home. Donny was a prominent member of the 86ers club.
Donny never knew a stranger. He had many friends, especially those in Stonegate Community. Being a kind and gentle man, everyone loved him.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Ann Freeman.
Donny is survived by his loving wife, Leta of the home, his dad, Edwin Freeman of Cabool, Missouri, one sister, Bridget Robertson and her husband, Jerrell, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, two brothers, Mark Freeman and his wife, Brenda, of Cabool, Missouri and Darren Freeman and his wife, Shelley, of Cabool, Missouri, two stepsons, Brandon Campbell of Houston, Missouri, and Addison Woodward of Mountain Grove, Missouri, five nephews, William, Rusty, Levi, Josh, and Justin, one niece, Jessica, and many extended family and friends who will miss him very much.
