Funeral services for Donny Lee Sizemore, 71, of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026, at the Agent Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.
Burial was at Dwight Mission Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mr. Sizemore was born on Oct. 8, 1954, in Sallisaw to Youl Sizemore and Mary Faye (Bias) Sizemore. He died on Monday, Feb. 16, 2026, in Fort Smith, Ark.
He worked as a police officer and security officer. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.
He married Linda Sanders on Sept. 23, 1972, in Vian.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Sizemore of the home; two daughters, Melinda and Chris Mefford and Stephanie and Shane Robinson all of Sallisaw; one sister, Carolyn Russell of Sallisaw; nine grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Tammy Sizemore; three sisters, Pauline Sizemore, Geliea Mattingly and Dorothy Curry; and four brothers, Teddy, Dale, Wayne and Bill Sizemore.
Pallbearers were Chris Mefford, Caleb Toney, Tret Dorrell, John Corbett, Shane Robinson, Codey Cooper, Colton Vinson and Chester Sanders.
