Doreen Marie Hart, 61, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Born in Malden, Massachusetts, Doreen was a woman whose strength, compassion, and deep love for others shaped every part of her life. She devoted 15 years of her career as a Veterinary Technician, where her gentle heart and dedication to animals touched countless lives.
Doreen’s greatest joy was her family. She loved deeply and gave endlessly, especially to her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She also found happiness in time spent at the beach and caring for animals, passions that reflected her warm and nurturing spirit. Her home was always open — a welcoming place where family and friends gathered, felt cared for, and knew they belonged.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years, Shawn Hart; her children, Derek Hart and his spouse Colleen, Jason Hart and his spouse Amanda, and Timothy Hart and his spouse Sarah; her cherished grandchildren, Destiny, Lilianna, Ryan, Kaya, Theodore, Henry, Bennett, and Wyatt; her brothers, Richard Dix and his wife Melanie Pisca, and Joseph Dix; and Tyler Davis, who she considered her fourth son.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Dix and Eileen Cahill.
